Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16 and prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
