Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details while actively promoting the brand loyalty program and additional sales channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist your team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, adhering to company policies and values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
