Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist your team to get the job done and represent company values by bringing your real self to work. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
