Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and guide customers through additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed while proactively resolving guest concerns. Assist teammates to maintain store operations and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
