Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide an exceptional shopping experience and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy, and flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Assist teammates and represent company values with your real self. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests during peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
