Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to assist with tasks, proactively resolve guest concerns, and support team members. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing brand values with authenticity. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
