Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide product selections and build brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie details while promoting the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to resolve concerns proactively and support team goals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role offers development opportunities, career advancement potential, and 40% off merchandise year-round.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
