Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide an exceptional shopping experience and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and ensure the job gets done. Maintain integrity by representing company values and your real self daily. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests during peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
