Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support team goals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role offers development opportunities, career advancement, and 40% off product at AE and Aerie.

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
