Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to get the job done and maintain integrity by following all AEO policies and procedures. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
