Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while introducing the loyalty program and brand channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to assist with tasks and resolve guest concerns proactively. Adhere to company policies and support team members to ensure smooth store operations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
