Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, introduce the loyalty program, and proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to support team goals and maintain brand integrity. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
