Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support store operations and resolve guest concerns proactively. Assist teammates and adhere to all company policies and procedures throughout your shift. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16 and prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
