Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed and maintain integrity by following all procedures. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
