Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience and make product suggestions. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support the team. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to work when guests shop.
Required Qualifications
- You're a people person!
- You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest
- You do so with a 'friends first' mindset
- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in
- You can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
