Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels, proactively resolving guest concerns in alignment with company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support team goals and adhere to all store procedures. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, offering a welcoming shopping experience that reflects company values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
