Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details, proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy, and flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build brand loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, assisting teammates to ensure all tasks are completed.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
