Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience and make product suggestions. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, assisting teammates to get the job done. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests during their shopping trips.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
