Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie details while introducing the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Adhere to company policies and represent brand values with your real self. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Part-time role with opportunities for development, career advancement, 40% off product, and store contest prizes.

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
