Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 16 years old.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
