Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to maintain high standards of service and integrity throughout the store. Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to support guests during peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
