Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide them in finding products that fit their needs. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions and introducing the brand loyalty program. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support store operations and proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure the job gets done and represent company values by bringing your real self to work. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
