Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Share brand love by introducing the loyalty program and additional channels while proactively resolving concerns in alignment with company policy. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to support the team, adhering to all policies and procedures. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment to help guests find exactly what they're looking for.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
