Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product recommendations and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to assist customers and resolve concerns proactively. Adhere to company policies and support teammates to ensure a seamless visit. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
