Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie details while promoting the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to assist the team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- You do so with a 'friends first' mindset
- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests

- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
