Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide them toward their ideal products. Educate shoppers on AEO and Aerie details, proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy, and introduce the loyalty program. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones to support the team and maintain store operations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment to build brand loyalty and represent company values authentically.
Required Qualifications
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You're at least 16 years of age.
