Job Summary
Provide comprehensive legal advisory in banking and finance law, preparing, reviewing, and negotiating credit and security documentation. Support acquisitions, corporate, and real estate financing, as well as refinancing and restructuring transactions. Collaborate on syndicated loans and complex financial deals while communicating with clients, banks, and counterparties. Coordinate transactions with colleagues across other legal practice areas. Requires at least one year of practice as a lawyer in an international or renowned Czech firm, excellent English proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. Contact Ing. Required Qualifications
- Advokát, člen České advokátní komory
- Alespoň rok praxe na pozici advokáta v mezinárodní nebo renomované české advokátní kanceláři
- Zkušenosti v oblastech bankovnictví a/anebo finance, transakce, zahraniční platební styk, investice nebo jiné relevantní zkušenosti
- Výborná znalost angličtiny
- Analytické schopnosti
- Výborná komunikace a prezentace
- Schopnost poskytovat klientům nadstandartní služby
- Schopnost pracovat samostatně i jako součást týmu
