Job Summary
Analyze judicial processes to identify agreement opportunities based on risks and values involved. Lead negotiations between internal legal teams, opposing counsel, public agencies, and other stakeholders. Draft judicial and extrajudicial settlement agreements, then monitor homologations and ensure term compliance. Collaborate with partner firms and internal departments including finance and technical services. Update process management systems and maintain agreement indicator reports. Support litigation reduction strategies and improve contencioso efficiency. Requires active OAB, civil litigation negotiation experience, and strong analytical skills. Full-time role with PLR, flexible mobility, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Formação superior completa em Direito, com OAB ativa
- Experiência prévia com contencioso cível, especialmente em negociação de acordos
- Conhecimento de técnicas de negociação e conciliação
- Boa capacidade analítica e visão estratégica de riscos
- Excelência em comunicação escrita e verbal
- Domínio de ferramentas do pacote Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experiência anterior em jurídico interno de empresas ou grandes escritórios
- Conhecimento no sistema Advwin
