Job Summary
Conduct judgment execution and sentence fulfillment, including monitoring deadlines, analyzing procedural matters, and preparing and verifying calculations. Track payments and manage necessary actions to advance civil processes and obligations. Maintain control of procedural deadlines and handle mass litigation where applicable. Requires full higher education and active OAB membership; experience with judicial calculations and execution phases is desired. RMS Advogados manages over 250,000 cases across 10 offices nationwide.
