ADVOGADO ASSOCIADO ( ATOS) - ANÁLISE DE DECISÕES

Conduct daily analysis of judicial decisions, including sentenças, acórdãos, and monocratic rulings. Prepare declarations with corresponding elaborations, calculate condemnation amounts, and issue process costs. Update client and office systems with calculated values, draft manifestations for fact summons and warrant levies, and respond to dispatches with protocol and system updates. Populate the client's Simulador de Acordos platform. Requires full higher education and active OAB membership. Massified litigation experience and condemnation calculation expertise are desirable.
