Conduct legal advisory for the Company focusing on Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Compliance, ensuring conformity of corporate acts and structures. Elaborate, review, and monitor corporate acts including bylaws, contracts, and shareholder agreements while supporting governance bodies with drafts, opinions, and meeting materials. Assist in implementing and managing the Integrity Program, including internal policies, codes of conduct, and third-party background checks. Analyze legal and integrity risks for new projects, contracts, and M&A operations; lead due diligence processes for financial and capital market deals. Support internal investigations, non-compliance inquiries, and interface with internal and external audits. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to assess business impacts, providing specific support on the General Data Protection Law. Requires a full university degree in Law and OAB registration, with advanced English proficiency and a minimum of three years of experience.
