Job Summary
Conduct public offering and debt operations including debenture issuances, securitization, IPOs, and follow-ons. Draft contracts, guarantee instruments, and prospectuses while managing corporate and regulatory compliance. Organize proceedings before CVM and B3 and perform legal due diligence for these transactions. Requires full law degree, active OAB, and fluent English; preferred experience in capital markets. Located in São Paulo/SP with medical, dental, life insurance, and PLR benefits.
