Conduct M&A, restructuring, and strategic transactions involving the insurance market, including the constitution and reorganization of insurers, reinsurers, and brokers. Advise clients on guarantee structuring in Brazil and abroad while reviewing and negotiating complex contracts such as bancassurance, cosurance, and reinsurance agreements. Represent regulatory bodies like SUSEP and PREVIC to monitor regulatory demands and authorization processes. Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and consultations on regulatory, corporate, contractual, and commercial matters related to the insurance and reinsurance industries. Provide consultative legal support to insurers, reinsurers, and brokers. Requires a complete law degree between 2022 and 2025, active OAB, and fluent English; prior M&A experience is required, with insurance sector experience being a plus.
