Conduct strategic consumer litigation cases, including individual and collective actions, judicial and administrative proceedings, and civil public inquiries. Prepare petitions, participate in technical expert examinations, and attend instruction hearings and oral arguments. Manage direct client contact, draft terms and conditions, and consult on data protection laws under the LGPD and GDPR. Navigate PROCONs and defense departments while executing recall campaigns and advising on post-sale services and digital commerce policies. Requires active OAB registration in SP or RS and up to two years of legal education.
