Job Summary

Part-time Advocate positions serving youth and families throughout Orange County and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include initiating, organizing, planning, developing and implementing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, with all service plans based on a strength-based wraparound model. Availability includes afternoons/early evenings and weekends. Offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and activity reimbursement. Requires High School Diploma or GED; experience in community work with at-risk youth; proficient in Microsoft Office; driving and auto insurance required; bilingual Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
  • Experience working with at-risk youth
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus
  • Non-traditional hours may be required to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a Plus
