Job Summary
The Advocate is responsible for monitoring the group alongside colleagues, facilitating group discussions, and transporting youth home after programming, which runs Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm. Documenting daily activities for each participant is essential. Applicants should be dependable, committed, and capable of serving as a positive role model for youth in various settings. All service plans utilize a strength-based approach with a wrap-around model.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance coverage
