Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Advocate to empower at-risk youth and support their overall well-being. Responsibilities include building trusting relationships, providing guidance and mentoring, connecting youth with community resources, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate service documentation. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, experience with at-risk youth, knowledge of community resources, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Ability to work with diverse populations of staff, children, and families in a collaborative and culturally sensitive manner
- Provide quality documentation, progress notes, and submitted within required deadlines
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Insured reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, especially those from at-risk backgrounds
- Knowledge of community resources and support services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements
