Job Summary
Provide crisis line advocacy, trauma-informed care, and guest services within a faith-based shelter program for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Responsibilities include crisis intervention information, safety planning, and advocacy; intake documentation; day-to-day shelter operations; immediate needs, referrals, and emergency assistance; maintaining knowledge of community resources; documenting all crisis calls and direct services; fostering a positive organizational culture; transporting guests as needed; monitoring guest and visitor traffic; assisting with charting, meals, children's activities, and events; and responding to emergencies. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in the DV/SA field or related volunteer experience, ability to work with diverse populations, ability to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license. The role is part-time with Friday and Saturday night shifts (11pm-7am), located in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
