Job Summary
Shift Lead for shelter operations and guest engagement; provides on-shift leadership, direction, and support to shelter staff, volunteers, and interns; facilitates opening/closing duties; ensures a safe, welcoming, and professional environment; leads teamwork and accountability; engages guests to support stabilization and housing outcomes; assists with training and mentoring; documents data accurately in HMIS; maintains awareness of community resources and partnerships; requires a Oklahoma Driver’s License and the ability to pass background checks, with a 4:30pm-12:30am schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, driving record review, and UA screening
- Must be able to work scheduled hours: 4:30pm-12:30am
