Job Summary
Conduct client and other interviews, identify issues, and develop advocacy strategies to assist people with disabilities in systems change efforts. Analyze cases for systemic issues, consult with families and groups to address barriers, and maintain accurate, confidential files and time records. Support DRNY projects fostering self-determination, participate in committees, and provide multilingual client support as needed. Prepare reports for funding sources and develop training materials while traveling within and outside New York State. Requires a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.
