Job Summary
Advocate Counselor for CAMBA's Learning to Work (LTW) program in NYC. Provide intake and assessment, maintain student files, identify and locate community resources, make referrals, track attendance, and follow up with students and graduates. Counsel students through barriers to education and employment, advocate for their goals, and participate in outreach to recruit students. Create narrative case notes in Enginuity, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and may facilitate workshops (Life Skills, College Explorations, Work Exploration) or assist with marketing materials and eligibility documentation. Requires Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and applicable experience. Full-time position located at 850 10th Avenue, New York, NY 10019; confidentiality and fingerprint clearance are required.
