Advocate Child

Conduct individual and group counseling, including weekly support groups, while developing and monitoring joint service plans for child/teen victims of domestic violence. Provide tutoring sessions, crisis intervention, and legal advocacy with court escorts, observing progress to adjust goals and objectives. Coordinate linkages with health, social service, and substance abuse organizations, and facilitate community presentations and recreational activities. Deliver effective case management by completing required documentation and maintaining records. Serve as a liaison between Family Rescue and the broader community, offering follow-up services to clients after program completion. Maintain current domestic violence training and CPR/First Aid certification.
