Job Summary
Advisory & Tax Manager responsible for preparing and reviewing Individual, S Corp, Partnership, and other entity tax returns; conduct tax research for client issues; build internal relationships to foster teamwork; deliver a superior client experience; contribute to client success; mentor staff and interns; and contribute to community impact while upholding integrity and professional standards. Emphasis on developing innovative tax solutions, collaborating across the firm, and supporting staff through coaching and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry
- Ability to prepare & review a broad range of tax returns (Individual, S Corp, Partnership)
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Desire to develop business solutions in a team-based environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
