Job Summary
Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations, deploy proof-of-value installations, and lead training sessions based on POV findings for prospects. Consistently address customer needs through verbal and written communication while collaborating with teammates to strengthen individual contributions. Develop prospect-facing documentation and think critically across the sales process, troubleshooting, and developing new use cases for internal and external consumption. Expect to travel up to 40% of the time on average. This role supports the autonomous defense platform for the Agentic Enterprise, combining Armis, ServiceNow Security, and Veza capabilities to secure every asset and identity.
Required Qualifications
- BS degrees in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in technical positions
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes
- Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers and supporting Sales AE's / RSM's
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: IoT, OT, IoMT
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Virtualized environments
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Network knowledge
- Utility Scripting (Python preferred)
