Job Summary
Lead, oversee, and direct multiple project teams and subcontractor members to deliver client-rated products and services within the Cyber Operations (6 STS) program office. Facilitate daily/weekly status meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while collaborating with government stakeholders to support mission objectives. Identify and remove impediments, drive decision-making, and coach teams to self-organize around achieving commitments. Conduct planning, quality control, and risk mitigation to optimize outcomes, utilizing tools like Jira to manage sprints and reports. Provide thought leadership on Agile, project management, and governance while working with cross-functional groups to improve overall performance. Requires a DoD Secret Clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.
Required Qualifications
- DoD Secret Clearance
- Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Software Development or related field
- 6+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scrum Master Certification
- SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe for Teams and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
- Demonstrated working Knowledge & Experience in the following Areas: Agile software development, Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle Management, Cross-functional team
- Experience with Information Technology
- Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
- Experience in working directly with government clients
- Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
- Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine the next steps for feature development
