Job Summary
Join PwC's Transaction Services team as a Manager, where you will partner with top management in M&A processes within the industrial sector, taking a key role in Financial Due Diligence. Responsibilities include conducting thorough financial analyses, supporting the negotiation of acquisition prices, managing post-deal adjustments, and providing strategic insights to clients. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in financial analysis, performance evaluation, and experience with various methodologies associated with M&A transactions.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in Audit, Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence within consulting or financial boutique firms.
- Master's degree in Economics or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Solid accounting skills and knowledge of frameworks (Italian GAAP, IFRS)
- Familiarity with cash flow calculation methods and business valuation
- Excellent English language skills (experience abroad is a plus)
- Digital mindset with strong analytical and technological skills
