Job Summary
Advisory Manager to lead a team of financial planning associates, balance direct client service with team management, ensure adherence to planning standards and compliance, provide hands-on mentorship and coaching, conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews, collaborate with HR and Planning Associate Team Leader on career development, stay current on financial planning tools and methodologies, support cross-office collaboration, and travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CFP or CFA certification
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
