Job Summary
Advisory Manager leading a team of financial planning associates to deliver high-quality planning support to advisors. Roles includes coordinating work, ensuring quality and accuracy of planning deliverables, mentoring and coaching direct reports, addressing staffing needs with the Planning Associate Team Leader, communicating departmental goals, conducting regular coaching and progress reviews, and supporting career development and cross-office collaboration. Occasional travel is required. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and CFP or CFA certification, 5-8 years in wealth management/financial services, and prior leadership experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CFP or CFA certification
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated willingness to take initiative, support others, and lead by example
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
