Advisory Manager

Advisory Manager responsible for leading a team of financial planning associates to deliver high-quality planning support to advisors; responsibilities include coordinating the work of Planning Associates to ensure efficient distribution of financial planning deliverables, monitoring the quality and accuracy of planning work, enforcing best practices and review protocols, providing hands-on mentorship and ongoing feedback, addressing day-to-day personnel needs with the Planning Associate Team Leader, communicating departmental goals and expectations, conducting regular one-on-one coaching, monitoring progress toward SMART goals, conducting annual performance reviews, supporting career development and promotions, staying current on financial planning tools and methodologies, and fostering team culture and cross-office collaboration. Requires a Bachelor189s Degree, CFP or CFA certification, 5-8 years of wealth management or financial services experience, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel occasionally.
