Advisory Intern – Operating Model Transformation FS – Milano involves participating in multiple transformation projects for Banking & Capital Markets clients, contributing to Target Operating Model Design and Change Management, organizational design optimization, process efficiency and digitalization initiatives, and Sourcing Strategy & Operations Transformation. You will work on governance, KPI/KQI definitions, and SLA/OLA management, supporting program/project management for complex initiatives with stakeholders at C‐level. Requirements include a master's degree in Economics and Finance or Engineering and Business, fluent English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with willingness to travel for client engagements. Proficiency with Office tools and a keen interest in consulting for operations performance and transformation are valued.
